For her birthday we took her to the Rodeo on Saturday. She loves the Rodeo! It is the one thing (besides Backyardigans) that will keep her attention.

...and she loves her cowboy hat! She must get that from Grandpa.

Christmas at the Jones'

Christmas was so much fun this year! Macey had a blast opening her gifts. She probably would have been content with just one. She didn't like that we kept taking away the present she just opened so that she could open more. She just wanted to play. How great it is to be a kid!!!

Thanksgiving at the Cabin

We celebrated Thanksgiving this year up at the Jones family cabin. We left for the cabin Wednesday night and stayed until Sunday. It was such a nice get away that I'm sure we all needed. We had fun playing games, eating, eating again, eating some more, hunting for Christmas trees, and playing in the snow. The kids had a blast being pulled around on the sled. It was so fun to watch. Macey and Cameron mostly enjoyed eating the snow. This is definitely a Thanksgiving we will never forget! Thanks to Mom & Dad Jones for such a fun time!

Blessing Day!

We blessed our sweet little Porter last Sunday. It was a wonderful day surrounded by our family and people we love. We are so grateful to have Porter in our family. He brings such a sweet spirit into our home.

Not so happy with all the pictures..."just feed me!"

Can I just say that Blessing Day pictures are one of the most stressful things for me. I should be smarter and make more time before the blessing for pictures instead of when I have 60 plus people who are waiting to be fed. I was a little better this time around. On Macey's blessing day I only got one picture of her in her dress. I have felt like a horrible mother since!

Believe it or not, but that is the best family picture we got.
